Where is the Conference Held?

The conference will be held at King’s College London, which will be open during the day of the conference.

Is It a Safe Environment?

Absolutely, all students who interact with the delegates, from chairs to secretariat, have undergone a rigorous applications process and are DBS checked. We furthermore have a privacy and safeguarding policy in place that outlines a clear plan of action in case something does go wrong.

Students will be on campus throughout the day, and we will be monitoring their location during sessions and lunch break.

Do I Need to Buy Anything?

No. While the dress code for a conference tends towards business attire, you are in no means required to purchase new clothes and will not be in any way penalised for not wearing formal clothes. The conference is furthermore an electronics-free conference to provide equal opportunity for students without laptops.
